I started Studio Swann because I love where design meets construction — reading a set of drawings, working through material specs and finish schedules, and figuring out how a space actually gets built, not just how it photographs. That technical foundation shapes how I work on every project.
Every project starts with a conversation about your build — the layout, the timeline, the budget — so finish selections and specs work with your construction schedule, not against it. Whether you’re a builder bringing a spec home or development to life, or a homeowner embarking on a new build or renovation, Studio Swann brings an extra set of hands, a thoughtful eye, and a clear understanding of the construction process — from blueprints and selections to timelines and punch lists.
